Courts in india are extremely baised , not all but many , yet not to blame them . Policies of goverment is the significant reason for this baisedness . Baised hindu Family Law

Hindu family laws are baised to an extend that basic human rights are left aside for men. Be it criminal laws regarding domestic abuse which are gender baised and decrownian , civils laws such as maintainance , child custody , visiting rights everything harrashing men to an extend of suicide extremely baised which enslaves many men to even live with absuive wife , cheated wife with nil respect. Women have been freed from gender role of cooking , taking care of family , now women can have freedom to choose carrier if they want. Else stay on home . But indian civil laws defaulty forcing men to work alone.

Mens gender role is not reversed , he has not got any freedom to be work from office , else be househusband . This misandristic mindset in indian law to punish men who dont pay maintaince even to wife who had done adultery ( its hard to prove adultery especially in indian courts) is atrocies.

Many fathers have been made seperated from their childrens through biased courts of india who doesnt give custody to fathers in most cases . Only father has responsibility to pay child support but have no right to visit or atleast share parenting , just visit in indian court means even father staying as a guest to his own child is horrible .

Our fight is for joint parenting to be made compulsory whiel divorcing , women also need to pay amount to child.
